Fun, Variety, Engagement & Involvement

Roger Reece uses creative photography and video to make his interactive training come alive, and continually changes the pace with facilitated discussions, creative group exercises and immersive activities. There are no spectators in our workshops. Every participant is fully engaged throughout the workshop, whether it's a brief two-hour program or a multiple-day experience.
Role-Play Exercises
Roger Reece gives participants an opportunity to practice leadership skills during the workshop through role-play exercises. Each role-player is given a written scenario involving coaching, counseling, conflict or problem-solving. The written scenario includes the background, the situation specifics and the role-player's side of the story. Then the role-players work through the situation using leadership skills from the workshop. In the debrief session that follows, Roger leads the participants in a discussion of what happened and how the role-players could have exercised more effective leadership.
Team-Building Activities
If you would like to make your leadership training workshop a team-building event, we can include one or more team-building activities. Indoor and/or outdoor team competition involving leadership, teamwork and problem-solving adds another dimension of experiential learning to the program. After each activity, Roger Reece conducts a debriefing session, drawing parallels between the activity and daily situations in the workplace. Personality Assessments
